At GlobalWebWork, we strive to provide a smooth freelancing and template marketplace experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be issued for services and digital products.
1. Freelance Projects
- Project Payments: Payments made to freelancers are considered final once the work has been delivered and accepted by the client.
- Disputes: If a client is not satisfied with the work, they must raise a dispute before releasing the final payment. GlobalWebWork may review the case and mediate, but the final resolution will depend on the agreement between client and freelancer.
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be granted only if:
- The freelancer fails to deliver the project within the agreed timeline.
- The delivered work does not meet the basic requirements clearly stated in the project description.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Any platform service fees or transaction charges are non-refundable.
2. Website Templates & Digital Downloads
- All template purchases and digital downloads are non-refundable due to the nature of digital products.
- Exceptions may be considered if:
- The file is corrupted or incomplete.
- The wrong product was delivered due to a system error.
- In such cases, customers must contact support within 7 days of purchase for resolution.
3. Cancellations
- Clients: May cancel a project request before a freelancer has accepted it, with no charges.
- Freelancers: Once a freelancer has accepted a project, cancellation requests will be subject to review and may affect account status.
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, or third-party providers.
